Returns and Refund Policy
- Returns can be initiated via email on firstname.lastname@example.org
- RETURN - #Order ID, #Order Date need to be mentioned in the subject line.
- Unboxing video needs to be shared for our Customer Care team to review it.
- Returns will be confirmed via email once all the above steps are fulfilled.
- Once customer receives the confirmation email from our team, customer will ship the products in perfect condition to us at their own cost, address will be provided on email.
- Once item is received and checked by our QC team, and they confirm all OK, Return will be initiated from our end.
- Return amount may take 2-3 business days to reflect in customers account.
